Abstract
Cloud Computing Technology is a Computing paradigm in which computer systems are consolidated and managed by a separate entity. These computer systems are then accessed by users via a network such as the Internet. Cloud computing is being employed on a global scale due to the benefits of saving on I.T.-related costs compared to traditional computing methods. Furthermore, cloud computing can give businesses a competitive advantage. Cloud computing's rate of adoption, however, is slowed, due to security concerns and the consumers' desire for unrestricted access to their systems. We wish to promote the use of the Cloud in order to facilitate energy savings and job creation opportunities.
